Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee full branch profit and loss (P&L) performance
- Lead and supervise a team of 5+ employees, including sales, maintenance, and transportation staff
- Develop new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Drive revenue growth and control operating expenses to ensure branch profitability
- Maintain equipment fleet to ensure reliability, safety, and operational readiness
- Promote and enforce consistent adherence to safety policies and procedures
