Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct installation crews on active construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to TAG’s quality standards
- Lead the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of low-voltage electrical systems, vehicle barriers, gates, and related safety devices
- Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades on-site
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce jobsite safety protocols, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Read and interpret project drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications to plan and execute work
- Manage crew schedules, material logistics, and on-site inventory to maintain project timelines
- Perform quality control inspections and maintain detailed daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field, escalating to engineering when necessary
- Keep the project PM informed via daily jobsite reports and issue tracking
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the GC Site Super
- Travel to job sites nationwide for installations (all travel expenses and per diem are provided)
