J. A. Miara, a fourth-generation, family-owned industrial services provider specializing in heavy hauling, rigging, crane operations, and industrial storage, is seeking Riggers of all levels, from Helpers to Foremen, to join their team in Wilmington, MA.
If you have experience in rigging, construction, or the drive to learn a new trade, this is your next big career move! A CDL is highly preferred, but not required for consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely lift, move, and position heavy loads using cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment.
- Select, inspect, and properly use slings, chains, hooks, and other rigging gear.
- Secure loads to prevent shifting, damage, or failure during movement.
- Communicate clearly with crane and equipment operators using standard signals.
- Perform pre‑lift planning and identify potential hazards.
- Follow all safety procedures, load limits, and site regulations.
- Maintain a safe work area and immediately report unsafe conditions.
