Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and test prototypes, fixtures, and custom solutions
- Design and assemble electrical control systems using motors, relays, PLCs, drives, sensors, power supplies, and more
- Use CAD software and 3D printing to turn ideas into tangible results
- Read, modify, and improve mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing, sales, and even customers to solve real problems
- Support new product development, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement
- Occasionally travel to customer or supplier sites for hands-on technical support
