Ecotech Hydro Excavation is seeking an experienced Environmental Safety Manager to join their team in Quarryville, PA.
If you have 5+ years of EPA, OSHA, & environmental health and safety experience, this is the opportunity for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Environmental Safety Manager will be responsible for the safety program for Environmental projects, advises on safe operating procedures and industrial waste stream hazards including chemical exposure potential.
- Updating and developing Health and Safety Plan and procedures as regulations change or new policies are added.
- Ability to both lead and participate in company trainings.
- Lead and participate in the investigation and reporting of workplace incidents and near misses.
- Safety Training and Responsibility: Identifies and coordinates various health and safety trainings, ensuring employees on jobsites are properly trained, PPE is properly worn, stored and consistent with the requirements of the Health and Safety Plan
- Timely and Diligent Performance: Execute all assigned tasks in a timely and diligent manner.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with company owners, management, other employees, customers, and the general public, ensuring courteous and respectful engagement.
- Professional Conduct: Conduct yourself in a manner that positively represents both yourself and Ecotech.
- Proactive Reporting: Report any issues that may impact the company or its employees to management immediately upon discovery.
- Organizational and Technical Skills: Maintain organizational skills and possess the necessary computer proficiency.
