JM Steel, a Jennmar subsidiary and producer of specialized steel components, is seeking an experience Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Huger, SC.

Requirements:
- Supervisory experience of an industrial maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, cylinder and motors
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing process design, analysis, and improvement.
- Supervise maintenance department and drive preventative maintenance.
- Work closely with technical teams, production supervisors, team leaders, and production employees to perform problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Analyze capacity and resources to meet demand and define standards for labor utilization.
- Data collection system/process design and implementation as required.
- Supervise others and provide mentoring to technicians and team.
- Analyze processes, maintenance work force utilization, and downtime data to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, increased uptime, equipment improvements, etc.
- Coordinate project work to ensure on-time completion of projects within budget.
