What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, controls, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components used throughout our manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery and coordinate timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support automation initiatives by integrating and optimizing robotics, PLCs, and control systems.
- Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment — including advanced automated systems.
- Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and internal policies.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on electrical and automation systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for electrical or automation-related issues.
