Gregory Poole Equipment, a growing company that was established 75 years ago, is seeking an Electrical Power Generation (EPG) Shop Supervisor to join their team in Garner, NC.
If you have at least two years of experience in a Supervisory role and have strong engine knowledge, you owe it to yourself to check out this opportunity!
Experience with CAT Industrial Engines is strongly preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Parts and Service Operations, ensuring performance, profitability, and efficiency goals are met
- Manage labor, parts costs, and overall department expenses to achieve financial targets
- Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of service technicians for timely service and repairs
- Monitor work orders and service calls to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and proper closure
- Handle customer concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships and deliver a high-quality service experience
- Oversee warranty work and claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fair resolution
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional shop and facility operations
- Lead, support, and evaluate service and parts personnel, including performance reviews and training development
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to support operations, customer needs, and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and operational support to service and parts teams as needed
- Serve as a key point of contact between customers, service, and parts teams to ensure clear communication and satisfaction
