Showbest Fixture Corp., a leading manufacturer and installer of custom retail fixtures, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Richmond, VA.
If you have experience operating machines such CNC or manual mills and lathes, panel saws, platers, or shapers, then this is a career opportunity you need to explore!

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC routers, panel saws, edgebanders, and other production equipment to manufacture custom retail fixtures
- Set up machines based on work orders, blueprints, and production specifications to ensure accurate output
- Read and interpret technical drawings and shop prints to produce parts to exact dimensions and tolerances
- Monitor machine performance during operation and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to reduce downtime
- Inspect finished components using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate with maintenance or supervisors to resolve production delays
- Work with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, laminate, acrylic, and glass in a manufacturing environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members across departments (assembly, finishing, shipping) to meet production deadlines and project requirements
