Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist press operators in the setup, operation, and changeover of printing presses to meet production schedules
- Prepare materials, including inks, plates, and substrates, ensuring everything is ready for each job
- Monitor press runs to help maintain print quality and identify any issues early
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of press equipment to support safe and efficient operation
- Accurately complete production documentation and follow all quality and compliance procedures, including cGMP standards
- Handle and move materials safely, including loading and unloading paper or packaging components
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
