Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate finishing equipment such as rewinders, slitters, and inspection systems to process printed labels and packaging materials
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
- Monitor machine performance during runs and adjust to maintain quality, efficiency, and minimal waste
- Accurately read and follow job tickets, work orders, and production schedules
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies, working closely with press operators and quality teams to resolve issues
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment according to company and customer requirements
- Complete all required documentation in compliance with company policies and cGMP standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
