Highland Refrigeration is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician to join their team in Seattle, WA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Service & Support: Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, determine the right solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager.
- System Start-Ups: Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress and solutions.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate.
- Expense Management: Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with Preston Refrigeration’s guidelines.
- Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively across the continental U.S.
- Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects moving forward and customers happy.
