Aalberts Surface Technologies is seeking a dedicated Compliance & Customer Quality Specialist to join their team in Saginaw, MI.
If you have at least 2 years of Quality experience with IATF16949, specifically in regard to certifying body audits (ex. NADCAP, ISO, AS9100, etc.), and a high school diploma or GED, Aalberts wants to hear from you!

Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Lead all assigned site(s) compliance audit programs to ensure compliance to governing bodies (ex. NADCAP, ISO, AS9100, etc.)
- Ensure site(s) is prepared for all internal and external audits and lead all efforts to submit pre-audit checklists, etc. on time
- Leads all designated site(s) internal audit programs as required
- Implement lasting corrective actions for any internal or external audit findings as necessary
- Work directly with corporate compliance leader to maintain site(s) compliance and certificates
- Field all customer complaints as necessary
- Lead all root cause and corrective actions in regards to customer complaints to prevent recurring defects and escapes
- Assist in facilitation of site quality training as necessary
- Create quality alerts as a result of customer complaints as necessary
- All other duties as assigned
