Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the quote to order process of each project.
- Move orders through the internal system to gathering and recording project details.
- Set and manage Customer expectations.
- Interpret Customer-supplied specifications to ensure project is accurate and distributed with urgency.
- Contact Customers to gauge status of project and ensure their commitment to the order.
- Strong organizational skills. Must be able to work efficiently and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Planning effectively and achieving objectives for customer needs and deadlines on a regular basis.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
- Ensure effective and high-quality customer service, utilizing a professional and friendly demeanor, when collaborating with customers and team members.
